If you are looking for an intimate, small group fitness class then “Sweat” is the perfect place for you! When you sweat you will experience Toning, Zumba or Turn Up Dance Fitness.
These formats will allow you to sweat and they are all interval and dance fitness based. The Toning component will consist of Tabata or circuit HIIT training. Zumba is a latin base dance fitness class where you will learn 4 core moves ( Salsa, Cumbia, Merengé and Reggaeton) in a group setting. Turn Up Dance Fitness is a Culture/Hip Hop HIIT based dance fitness class were you will learn, 4 types of styles (Work, Shake, Flex and Slay).
While all are very different they are fun, exciting, and will have you leaving feeling Strong, feminine, masculine and most of all SEXY!
